The communication profile describes a person’s behavioural preferences with a particular focus on his/her dominant psychological language.
It provides a detailed description of his/her priority needs, qualities, weaknesses and specific defects.
It provides an initial development programme for the person concerned.
The communication profile helps the CCT (Coach-Consultant-Trainer) to better adapt his/her communication style to the interlocutor and thereby help him/her to grow.
It provides the coach with information (to be shared with the coachee) which enables him/her to ask the coachee appropriate questions, ascertain at what stage of development he/she is and identify specific points to work on with the person.
